Full Job Description

Job Summary

This is a full-time, onsite, inside sales position with occasional visits to customer sites. You will be part of a high-energy, supportive team and will have the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses based on your performance. Duties

Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services, and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone or email, providing detailed information and solutions tailored to customer needs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including data entry into CRM systems and updating client profiles
Assist customers with product selections, order processing, and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency
Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and improve overall customer support processes
Conduct occasional site visits to build rapport with customers and assess their needs.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, correspondence, and documentation of sales activities
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Experience

2+ years of sales or account management experience (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with CRM software (Netsuite, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites (local travel).
