A large, well-established primary care organization is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join its rapidly expanding outpatient network throughout the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area .

As part of its continued growth, the organization has recently opened 8 brand-new primary care clinics , creating an exciting opportunity for physicians to join an established healthcare system while helping build thriving new practices. This position offers exceptional work-life balance, a collaborative clinical environment, and the opportunity to care for patients in a modern outpatient setting with no hospital responsibilities.

Guaranteed Base Salary: $250,000–$265,000
Annual Bonus: 16.60% of Base Salary
Total Annual Compensation: Approximately $307,000
Join a large, established primary care organization experiencing rapid growth
8 brand-new outpatient clinics throughout the Greater Phoenix area
Monday-Friday schedule
8:00 AM-5:00 PM
No call
No weekends
Outpatient-only practice
No hospital responsibilities (optional hospital privileges available for referral purposes)
Commercial insurance patient population
Excellent work-life balance
Anticipated start based on credentialing timeline of approximately 45-60 days

Practice comprehensive outpatient primary care while building meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients in a supportive team environment.

Monday-Friday
8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Ramp up to approximately 17-21 patients per day
