Job Summary

We are on the lookout for an energetic and experienced Head Chef/Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. Responsibilities

Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency.
Develop and plan menus that cater to diverse dietary needs while maintaining creativity and culinary excellence.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitizing procedures, and health regulations to guarantee a safe working environment.
Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail in service delivery and presentation.
Monitor shift operations, manage staffing schedules, and handle customer service issues promptly to ensure smooth restaurant management.

Requirements

Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong banquet and catering background.
Supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
Extensive knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and food handling practices.
Demonstrated ability in menu planning, food production, and kitchen management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of service.
Experience with inventory management, cost control, and food industry best practices.
Excellent communication skills paired with a passion for hospitality and serving guests.
