What Would I Actually Do?
Think of executive search as a combination of sales, recruiting, consulting and relationship building.
You'll learn how to:
- Develop relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
- Find and recruit talented professionals
- Interview candidates and understand their career goals
- Help companies solve difficult hiring problems
- Develop new clients and business opportunities
- Negotiate offers and help close searches
- Build a professional network that becomes more valuable every year
- Become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
This isn't a job where you'll sit behind a computer all day processing applications.
You'll be talking to people, developing relationships, solving problems and learning how businesses make hiring decisions.

You'll receive hands-on training and one-on-one coaching from recruiters who have spent decades in the business.
