Full Job Description

Transport Services is a full-service semi-trailer dealership headquartered in North Royalton, OH. We have been successfully operating since 1976, and are the leading source for trailer leasing, sales, parts, and service in our market.

Transport Services is seeking an Operations Administrator.

Responsibilities of the Operations Administrator will include the following:

Prepping completed Service work orders and invoicing.
Executing any other Service administrative processes.
Compile, enter, and/or track data in support of operational excellence.
Complete and distribute various daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Database optimization including various simple data entry procedures.
Become cross-trained in various administrative processes across the office for absentee and flex coverage.
Promote a working atmosphere across the entire organization that results in a high level of cooperation, efficiency, achievement, and team work.
Reports to the Chief Operating Officer, for whom the Operations Administrator will assist with various projects as assigned.

Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to accurately execute complex processes with multiple variables.
Hard working with the desire to continuously improve.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize and balance workload to meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Team oriented.
Considerable experience working with computers, specifically Microsoft Excel.
Ability to learn new software quickly.
Not averse to mundane, repetitive tasks.
Ability to successfully represent the company in a positive way.
Ability to type at least 50 wpm.
Must have valid driver's license and driving record in good standing
Sales support or customer service experience is a plus.
Industry experience is a plus, but not required.
