About the Role

As a Regional Staffing Operations Manager, you will spearhead business development and talent acquisition strategies to drive market expansion. You will leverage your expertise in industrial recruitment and client relations to foster a high-performance culture while ensuring operational excellence across our service delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Execute strategic sales initiatives to acquire new accounts and deepen existing partnerships within the manufacturing and logistics sectors.
Drive branch revenue growth by maintaining high service standards and optimizing client retention strategies.
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to achieve key performance indicators, including fill ratios and candidate quality metrics.
Oversee end-to-end staffing workflows, from high-volume sourcing and interviewing to final placement.
Utilize ATS and CRM platforms to track sales pipelines, monitor recruiting activity, and generate performance reports.
Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal service quality standards.

Qualifications

Required Skills

Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity within the staffing or recruitment industry.
Proficiency in managing ATS/CRM software to drive operational efficiency.
