Full Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition (Short-Term Assignment)

Location: Opelika, AL

Pay Range: $35–$40/hour

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (onsite)

What's the Job?

Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs, workforce plans, and recruiting priorities.
Lead intake meetings and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet staffing goals.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
Build strong candidate pipelines using various sourcing methods such as applicant tracking systems, employee referrals, job boards, social media, and direct sourcing.
Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with recruiting support staff and hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a high-volume recruiting setting.
Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and social media recruiting platforms.
Strong relationship-building and consultative partnering skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
