West Madison Dental is entering an exciting season of growth, and we are seeking a Practice Operations Manager to help lead that growth. This individual will serve as the organizational backbone of the practice by helping turn vision into execution. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, problem solver, and systems thinker who enjoys helping teams succeed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, developing people, driving accountability, and helping a growing organization achieve its vision. This is not a traditional office manager position. This is a leadership role focused on building systems, developing people, driving accountability, and helping a growing organization achieve its goals.

What Success Looks Like

Practice goals are tracked and achieved
Team communication is clear and productive
Operational challenges are identified and solved proactively
The owner can spend more time leading the business rather than managing daily operations

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operational execution
Manage and coach team members
Facilitate accountability and follow-up on key initiatives
Track scorecards, metrics, and practice performance
Improve systems and workflows
Support hiring, onboarding, and training
Coordinate leadership meetings and action items
Help drive strategic projects and practice growth
Support implementation of practice goals and leadership initiatives
