tl;dr — Our client is seeking a Producer / Client Advisor who wants to build a durable, long-term client base within a focused, relationship-centered P&C agency.

This role engages inbound marketing-generated opportunities while developing referral partnerships and guiding clients through thoughtful, consultative conversations centered on fit, clarity, and long-term protection. Success in this position comes from strong relationship instincts, personal accountability, emotional steadiness, and a genuine commitment to building a professional practice—not simply closing transactions.

Our client is intentionally structured to support sustainable growth. Producers have clear expectations, defined support systems, and the autonomy to take ownership of their production. The firm is seeking someone interested in building a career over time, with increasing responsibility and a potential path toward partnership for the right individual. Prior insurance experience is not required.

Key responsibilities

New Business Growth

Engage with inbound prospects generated through digital marketing and referrals
Conduct thoughtful, consultative conversations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Develop referral and relationship networks (real estate professionals, lenders, investors, community groups)
Collaborate with marketing partners to share educational content that builds credibility and trust

Client Experience & Retention

Write business with a long-term mindset, focused on retention and renewals
Build trusted advisor relationships with clients over time
Partner with the team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client communication

What we're looking for

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort initiating conversations and asking for the business
Coachability and openness to feedback
High personal accountability and self-direction
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bonus: Background in B2B sales, real estate, mortgage, or relationship-based roles; Experience building long-term client relationships or a personal book of business
Bonus: Prior insurance experience (helpful, but not required)
