Job Overview：

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead the operations of our innovative Heytea store. As the store’s leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing team members, and driving excellent customer experiences. Your role will include setting high standards for operational performance, aligning with company goals, and supporting growth initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and expansion of the Heytea brand in the U.S. market.

Responsibilities：

Operational Leadership

Oversee the overall operations of Heytea stores within the assigned region, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Implement and enforce company policies and operational procedures to optimize store performance.
Ensure all stores comply with health, safety, and food quality regulations.

Team Leadership and Development:

Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff to build a high-performing team.
Provide leadership and support to foster a positive and results-driven work culture.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

Financial Management

Develop and manage budgets for the store, ensuring cost control and profitability.
Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and identify trends to drive growth and improve profitability.

Customer Experience

Uphold Heytea’s commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience across all stores.
Monitor customer feedback and proactively address concerns.
Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Inventory and Stock Management:

Manage inventory levels, coordinate orders with suppliers, and monitor stock to maintain availability while minimizing waste.

Strategic Marketing and Promotions:

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute store-specific promotions and events that drive traffic and engagement.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for employees and customers.

Qualifications：

Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in food service, retail or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and team management skills, particularly in high-traffic, fast-paced environments.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in inventory control, sales analytics, and financial reporting.
