Quality Control Inspector (Property Services)

Location: Bay Area, CA (Travel Required)
Job Type: Full-Time

About Us

OneStop is a growing property services company providing professional cleaning, painting, maintenance, and unit turnover services to apartment communities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to help ensure every project meets our clients' expectations. Must be fluent in Spanish.

Position Summary

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for traveling to multiple properties throughout the Bay Area to inspect completed work performed by our cleaning, painting, and maintenance teams. This role is critical in maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent attention to detail, communicates effectively in both English and Spanish, and is comfortable working independently while traveling between job sites.

Responsibilities

Travel to apartment communities throughout the Bay Area to perform quality inspections.
Inspect completed cleaning, painting, and maintenance work to ensure it meets company and client standards.
Identify deficiencies and document findings with detailed notes and photos.
Report inspection results to management and communicate corrective actions to field teams.
Verify that any required touch-ups or repairs are completed before approving a unit.
Maintain positive working relationships with property managers and on-site staff.
Assist field teams with light cleaning or final touch-ups when necessary to ensure units are move-in ready.
Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and on schedule.
Complete inspection reports accurately and submit them in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Bay Area daily.
Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform light physical work when needed.
Experience in property management, apartment turnovers, maintenance, painting, janitorial services, or quality control is preferred.
