Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Work/Cashier to join our team! Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette
Process transactions as a cashier, including cash, credit, and recording transactions.
Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and handle filing systems to ensure organized document management
Support office management tasks such as calendar management, and general administrative duties
Assist with invoicing, billing, coumputer literacy skills
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally both in person and over the phone

Experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and baic computer applications
Basic organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client needs
Decent typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry and proofreading tasks
Personal assistant or office management experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided on specific office requirements.
