Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Truss Design and Sales Specialist to join our innovative truss manufacturing team. This role combines technical expertise in structural design with proactive client engagement to deliver tailored truss solutions for a variety of building projects. You will be instrumental in developing accurate, efficient truss designs while fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project managers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in a fast-paced environment that values precision, creativity, and customer service.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed truss and structural designs using TrueBuilt Truss Software.
Conduct structural analysis utilizing truss structural engineering software. Utilize best practices to optimize design integrity and material efficiency
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, provide technical guidance, and present design solutions clearly and confidently
Manage project scheduling to ensure timely delivery of designs and products.

Experience

Track record of excellent customer service to all client tiers
Truss Design experience 2 years minimum
Sales experience 2 years minimum
