Position Qualifications:
Seeking energetic, motivated, training professionals with exceptional communication skills and a strong passion for the health/fitness business. Must be CPR/AED certified and have a nationally recognized (CSCS a plus, but not required), current certificate in personal training and/or college degree in exercise science, sports nutrition, physical education, or another related field, etc. Strong work ethic. Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent listening skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to adjust and manage various client profiles. Fitness Coaches are responsible for coaching, training, and delivering a positive client experience.
Position Responsibilities:
· Coach in a semi-private training environment leading 1-6 clients through a pre-programmed workout each hour.
· Coach clients through mobility, stretching and mental performance training.
· Write 1-2 educational blog articles each month.
· Collaborate with the coaching team to create engaging social media content for our members.
· Collaborate with the team to organize and host special events and educational workshops for our member community.
Required Experience:
· Current Personal Training Certification
· 1 year - Fitness Training or Coaching Experience
· Highly Proficient Communication Skills
· Highly Proficient Customer Service Skills
