Full Job Description

Individuals with lived experience of incarceration and reentry are strongly encouraged to apply.

Fathers Building Futures is seeking a compassionate and motivated Client Reentry Coordinator to support fathers through pre-release and post-release services both within correctional facilities and in the community. Through case management, resource coordination, workshops, and supportive services, this position helps participants prepare for successful reentry, strengthen family relationships, and achieve long-term stability.

Type of Job: Full-Time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct participant intake, assessments, and goal planning.
Provide trauma-informed case management and ongoing support to participants before and after release from incarceration.
Assist participants in achieving employment, education, housing, parenting, and personal development goals.
Coordinate referrals and connect participants to community resources and supportive services.
Facilitate workshops related to parenting, mentorship, financial literacy, life skills, workforce readiness, and reentry success.
Monitor participant progress and maintain regular engagement and follow-up.
Complete assessments, maintain case notes, and ensure accurate documentation and data entry.
Assist with outcome tracking, reporting requirements, and program evaluation activities.
Protect participant confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA and organizational policies.
Represent Fathers Building Futures professionally within correctional facilities and the community.
Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements / Experience:

Experience working with underserved populations and/or in social services, workforce development, behavioral health, peer support, reentry services, or related fields.
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of trauma-informed care and participant-centered practices.
Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Lived experience with incarceration, recovery, or reentry strongly encouraged.
Must be able to obtain and maintain required security clearances to work within correctional facilities.
Peer Support Certification preferred.

Pay range starts at $48,000 annually, DOE. Fathers Building Futures offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, retirement, and PTO benefits.
