Bent Nail Home Inspections is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Services Representative to support our growing team. The primary responsibility of this position is answering phones, assisting clients, and scheduling services while delivering an outstanding customer experience. While most responsibilities support Bent Nail Home Inspections, this role may also provide customer service and administrative support for affiliated service-based businesses within our organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating professionally, staying organized, and keeping schedules running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must currently reside in Tennessee and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preference will be given to candidates located in East Tennessee.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Care & Communication

Answer incoming calls from homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate professionals.
Schedule home inspections and related services.
Respond promptly to phone calls, text messages, and emails.
Serve as a professional point of contact throughout the inspection process.
Provide accurate information and exceptional customer service.
Build positive relationships with clients, agents, and business partners.

Scheduling & Administrative Support

Manage inspection scheduling and appointment updates within Spectora.
Coordinate scheduling changes and communicate updates to inspectors and clients.
Process inspection agreements, notes, and client information accurately.
Maintain organized and up-to-date client records.
Monitor appointments and assist with report delivery follow-up communications.
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as needed.

Additional Support Projects

During slower periods, team members may assist with:

Updating internal documents and procedures.
Organizing records and operational information.
Assisting with newsletters, review requests, and social media content.
Supporting special projects as assigned.

Schedule & Availability Requirements

This is a full-time position with scheduled business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Employees are expected to:

Be logged in and available during scheduled work hours.
Answer incoming calls and assist clients throughout the day.
Respond promptly to team communications.
Remain actively engaged in assigned work during business hours.
Maintain a professional and dependable work schedule.

This is not a flexible-hour position. Applicants must be able to maintain a consistent work schedule throughout the workday.

Location Requirements

Must currently reside in Tennessee.
Preference will be given to applicants located in East Tennessee.
Must be available to work 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
Must have reliable transportation for occasional company meetings, training sessions, or team events if needed.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Work Environment Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

A dedicated, quiet workspace free from frequent interruptions.
Reliable high-speed internet service.
The ability to answer and manage calls throughout the workday.
The ability to remain at your workstation during scheduled business hours except for normal breaks and lunch periods.
A professional environment suitable for communicating with clients and business partners.
