Full Job Description

Cappellino Buick GMC is currently looking for an Online Chat Representative to provide top-tier customer service to our clients. The selected candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our online chat platform. This role involves resolving queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

- Take the initiative to engage in live chats on our website with the aim of offering support to potential and existing customers
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and work to improve on feedback received from customers
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to improve overall customer service and product knowledge
- Recognize sales opportunities when appropriate with the plan to ensure customer retention and satisfaction

Qualifications

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to handle stress in a fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks or projects effectively
- High level of professionalism, patience, and efficiency to maximize customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in English; bilingual proficiency would be a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices would be a preferred tactic
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; additional certification in Customer Service or Sales would be a plus
