Receptionist – Law Firm

Our small law firm is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong computer skills, administrative skills, and can maintain a welcoming and professional office environment.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Compensation:

Starting at $12.00 per hour
No benefits

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Schedule appointments and maintain attorney calendars
Prepare, organize, and file documents
Perform general office and administrative duties
Assist attorneys and staff as needed

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Reliable Transportation
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Previous receptionist or office experience is preferred but not required
