Regency Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Ward Clerk and Central Supply Clerk to join our team at Regency Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, residents, visitors, and staff, ensuring that everyone is greeted with warmth and professionalism.

Shift: Days

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients, residents, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
Provide facility tours as needed.
Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Perform general clerical tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and scheduling appointments.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Handle mail distribution, deliveries, and other front-desk responsibilities.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:

Prior receptionist or front office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using office software and telephone systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A genuine commitment to providing a warm and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage the facility’s inventory of medical and non-medical supplies
Order, receive, and stock supplies to ensure continuous availability
Track supply usage, monitor expiration dates, and rotate stock as needed
Distribute supplies efficiently to nursing and other facility departments
Collaborate with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing and timely delivery
Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations related to supply management
Maintain accurate records and assist with budget planning for supply needs

Qualifications:

Experience in central supply, inventory management, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with medical supplies and equipment in a healthcare setting is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to lift and transport supply boxes as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
