Regenerative Reset™ Program Specialist

Total Potential – Integrative & Holistic Physical Therapy in San Marino, CA

At Total Potential, we believe the human body is designed to heal—and our purpose is to guide that process with care, precision, and heart. We specialize in root-cause physical therapy with an emphasis on brain-body integration, nervous system regulation, and lasting physical transformation.

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Advanced Recovery & Regeneration division through our Regenerative Reset™ program, which utilizes Pulse PEMF technology to support cellular repair, circulation, and whole-body recovery.

We are a family-owned and veteran-owned, cash-pay integrative physical therapy private practice that delivers a high-touch, premium experience to every patient and family we serve. The Regenerative Reset™ Program Specialist plays a key role in protecting and elevating that experience.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Part-Time Regenerative Reset™ Program Specialist to lead, manage, and grow this regenerative therapy service within our clinic.

This is not a passive or entry-level “machine operator” role. This is a patient-facing, education-driven position that requires ownership, maturity, and strong communication skills.

You will be responsible for guiding patients through their first sessions, helping them understand how cellular energy and inflammation impact healing, and ensuring they remain consistent with their care plan in a way that feels supportive. You need to be able to do sales in order to fill the schedule for the Regenerative Reset™ Program.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Schedule & Employment Details

Job type: Part-time, in-person
Hours: Approximately 10–16 hours per week to start, with growth to 20 as the schedule fills with clients and patients.
Typical timing: Weekday daytime hours and occassional weekend hours (occasional flexibility may be required)
Probationary period: 90 days with clear expectations, performance benchmarks, and feedback

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Regenerative Reset™ sessions with professionalism and consistency.
Educate patients on how Pulse PEMF supports inflammation reduction, circulation, mitochondrial function, and recovery.
Guide patients through Sessions 1–3 using established clinical communication frameworks.
Help patients understand why frequency and consistency matter in regenerative care.
Schedule follow-up visits and encourage booking 2–3 weeks in advance.
Track visits, take simple session notes using SOAP note format, and maintain organized documentation.
Maintain equipment cleanliness and room readiness.
Communicate effectively with clinical providers regarding patient progress.
Contribute to the overall growth and integrity of the Advanced Recovery & Regeneration division.

Comfortable discussing services and guiding patients toward structured care plans.

Willing to experience the therapy personally to better understand patient experience.
Open to feedback and ongoing coaching.
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a premium clinical environment.

Required Background

Prior experience in a licensed healthcare setting, wellness, professional fitness setting, or client-facing service role.
Comfortable discussing services, value, and next steps with patients.
Basic understanding of human physiology (inflammation, nervous system, healing capacity) or strong willingness to learn in order to improve their effectiveness in the role.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust quickly.
Ability to perform in a structured, high-standard environment with accountability.

Preferred Background

An undergraduate student applying for a licensed healthcare profession.
Interest in pursuing a licensed healthcare career (MD, NP, Naturopathic Physician, DO, PT, OT, nursing, etc.).
A person who used to be a licensed healthcare professional from another country and currently working on or no longer pursuing their professional license in the United States.
A physical therapy aide, licensed personal trainer, licensed massage therapist, chiropractic assistant, wellness coach, kinesiology student.
Experience in a private-pay or concierge-style practice.
Familiarity with JaneApp or similar scheduling/EMR systems.
Background in hospitality or high-level customer service environments
