Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist with account reconciliations
Process cash transactions and bank transfers
Support accounts payable functions and vendor payment processing
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
Support financial reporting and analysis as needed
Work closely with senior accounting staff and management on special projects
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience or newly graduated with an Accounting degree
Public accounting experience preferred
Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and journal entries
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP/accounting systems preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
