Pulse Supply Chain Solutions is transforming the way global enterprises approach IT Asset Disposition. Leveraging an international logistics platform, worldwide network of strategic partners, and deep expertise in secondary technology markets, we help organizations maximize value in asset recovery while ensuring secure, compliant, and sustainable disposition of IT assets. Rather than selling a commoditized ITAD service, our team delivers strategic business outcomes with a value proposition that consistently differentiates us from traditional providers.

We are seeking an accomplished enterprise sales executive to lead strategic new business development across Fortune 1000 organizations, hyperscale data center operators, healthcare systems, financial institutions, manufacturers, and strategic channel partners. This is a senior hunter role focused on developing C-level and executive relationships, identifying and capturing complex enterprise opportunities, and building long-term recurring ITAD and asset recovery programs. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of opening new markets, navigating sophisticated sales cycles, and winning multi-site, enterprise-wide engagements by demonstrating business value, executive credibility, and strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition

· Identify, pursue, and close large enterprise and strategic accounts with recurring ITAD and asset recovery opportunities.

· Develop executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Infrastructure, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability, and Data Center leaders.

· Negotiate enterprise agreements, master service agreements, and strategic commercial terms.

Strategic Account Development

· Lead complex enterprise pursuits from strategy through contract execution.

· Develop account penetration plans and multi-year growth strategies.

· Expand relationships through OEM, VAR, MSP, systems integrator, and channel partnerships.

Sales Leadership

· Contribute to go-to-market strategy, forecasting, competitive positioning, and sales planning.

· Represent Pulse at executive conferences, customer meetings, and industry events.

· Mentor Business Development Executives and support strategic pursuits when appropriate.

CRM & Performance Management

· Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and executive account plans within the CRM system.

· Meet or exceed strategic pipeline, revenue, and growth objectives.

· Provide accurate forecasts and executive pipeline updates.

Qualifications and Experience

· 10+ years of enterprise business development or strategic sales experience.

· Demonstrated success winning Fortune 1000 or large enterprise accounts.

· Experience selling enterprise IT services, managed services, ITAD, infrastructure, logistics, or asset lifecycle solutions.

Skills

· Executive relationship development and consultative selling.

· Strategic account planning, negotiation, and commercial acumen.

· Excellent presentation, communication, and executive engagement skills.

Knowledge

· Experience with enterprise sales methodologies and CRM platforms.

· Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, data centers, ITAD, and asset lifecycle management.
