Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the effective management of financial resources. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of credit analysis, loan processing, and contract management. This role requires collaboration with various departments to enhance customer service and drive sales through effective financial solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage the finance department's daily operations, ensuring compliance with TILA regulations and other relevant laws.
Conduct thorough credit analysis to assess customer eligibility for financing options.
Oversee loan processing activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in documentation and approvals.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for upselling financing products to customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to financing options and processes.
Process titles accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance management.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role within the dealership or automotive industry.
Strong understanding of credit analysis, loan processing, contract management, and TILA regulations.
Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
Exceptional collaboration skills to work effectively with sales teams and other departments.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
