Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our executive and management teams. This role is integral in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and efficient administrative processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls; take detailed messages and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for company records and correspondence.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and events for leadership and staff.
Assist with internal communications, memos, and announcements.
Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional demeanor, discretion, and reliability.
