Position Responsibilities
The associate chiropractor will:
- Examine, diagnose, and develop appropriate treatment recommendations
- Provide high-quality chiropractic care
- Clearly communicate examination findings and care recommendations
- Perform patient re-examinations and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with doctors, chiropractic assistants, and administrative staff
- Participate in patient education, retention, and practice-growth activities
- Help maintain a positive, professional, and patient-centered environment
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
- An active Georgia chiropractic license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong adjusting and clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- A genuine commitment to patient care and long-term clinical outcomes
- Prior practice experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient observations, physical assessments, and examinations to accurately diagnose musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans utilizing chiropractic diversified techniques, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies
- Manage acute pain cases and facilitate patient rehabilitation through evidence-based interventions
- Perform primary care functions including occupational health assessments and musculoskeletal diagnostics
- Utilize EMR/EHR systems effectively to document patient histories, treatment notes, and progress reports
- Educate patients on physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and self-care practices to enhance treatment adherence
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers for comprehensive patient management when necessary
Skills
- Strong knowledge of the musculoskeletal system, biomechanics, and anatomy fundamentals
- Proficiency in physical assessments, physical examinations, and medical imaging interpretation
- Experience in pain medicine, trigger point therapy, manual therapy, and patient rehabilitation techniques
- Ability to perform client communication with empathy and clarity while explaining diagnoses and treatment options
- Familiarity with healthcare diagnosis procedures and developing care plans based on clinical findings
- Knowledge of EMR/EHR software for accurate documentation of patient interactions
- Excellent understanding of medical terminology relevant to chiropractic practice and healthcare diagnosis
