About the Role

As an Independent Broker, you will manage the complete sales process from initial client engagement through final enrollment. You'll work directly with clients in their homes, learn about their unique needs, recommend personalized insurance solutions, and provide guidance throughout the decision-making process.

This role is ideal for self-motivated professionals who thrive on relationship-building, consultative selling, and having the flexibility to manage their own success.

What You'll Do

Connect with Potential Clients: Identify and engage prospective clients through lead generation and outreach activities.
Conduct Needs-Based Consultations: Meet with clients in their homes to understand their financial goals, concerns, and insurance needs.
Present Insurance Solutions: Explain coverage options, benefits, and product features in a clear and personalized way.
Create Customized Recommendations: Develop solutions that align with each client's unique situation and goals.
Guide Clients Through Decisions: Answer questions, address concerns, and help clients make confident purchasing decisions.
Build Long-Term Relationships: Provide exceptional service while developing trust and lasting client relationships.

Compensation

This is a commission-only opportunity with strong earning potential. Successful Independent Brokers typically earn between $80,000 and $150,000 annually, with earnings directly tied to performance, effort, and sales results.
