About Us: Brave Hearts Care Service is a compassionate and dedicated home care agency providing exceptional care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. We focus on promoting independence, safety, and overall well-being, ensuring that every client receives personalized and respectful care. We are currently seeking a compassionate, patient, and reliable caregiver to join our team.

Job Summary: The caregiver will provide essential personal care and support services to clients in their homes. This includes assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, and ensuring a clean and safe living environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Help with mobility and transfers, including assistance with walking, using a wheelchair, and positioning.
Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.
Help clients with medication reminders and ensure they take medications as prescribed.
Monitor clients' physical and emotional condition, report any changes to the supervising nurse or family members.
Assist with transportation to appointments or social outings, if needed.
Follow individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
Ensure the client’s safety and well-being at all times, including emergency response if necessary.
Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications (CNA, HHA, etc.) preferred.
Previous caregiving experience, preferably in home care or a healthcare setting.
Ability to follow care plans and instructions from medical professionals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, compassion, and reliability.
Ability to lift or assist with lifting clients as necessary (depending on the client’s needs).
Willingness to undergo background checks and screenings.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
