Full Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Feasibility Manager is responsible for leading feasibility activities across the Conquest Research site network and serving as a primary point of contact for sponsors and CROs during the study selection process. This role works closely with executive leadership, site operations, and clinical teams to evaluate protocol opportunities, complete feasibility submissions, and position Conquest Research as a preferred clinical research site network. The Feasibility Manager will oversee the process from initial study opportunity through site selection and award notification while maintaining strong sponsor and CRO relationships. The employee in this role is expected to have the ability to commute to the Winter Park, FL area and work a hybrid schedule, balancing onsite and remote work in alignment with business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate closely with Business Development, utilizing the study pipeline tracker and/or CRM to manage study opportunities and provide timely updates on feasibility status.
Lead site network feasibility activities, including the completion and submission of Feasibility Questionnaires (FQs).
Maintain and regularly update sponsor and CRO databases and portals with accurate, current site details — including patient populations, therapeutic expertise, investigator experience, equipment, and performance metrics.
Maintain a thorough understanding of each site's patient populations, therapeutic expertise, investigator experience, equipment, capabilities, and performance metrics.
Work in conjunction with executive leadership, investigators, and clinical staff to assess protocol fit and enrollment potential.
Review protocols and identify appropriate Principal Investigators and sites based on indication, experience, and operational capabilities.
Coordinate internal feasibility reviews and facilitate study opportunity discussions with clinical and operational teams.
Assist with sponsor and CRO communications during the feasibility and site selection process.
Coordinate, prepare for, and participate in Pre-Selection Visits (PSVs), ensuring appropriate follow-up throughout the site selection process.
Identify and resolve issues that may impact study award opportunities, escalating concerns when appropriate.
Retrieve and analyze relevant protocol information to support feasibility assessments and study selection decisions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, CROs, and other industry partners.
Present site network capabilities, therapeutic expertise, enrollment successes, and operational strengths to prospective sponsors and CROs.
Maintain accurate and current study and sponsor information within the company's CRM or tracking systems.
Monitor feasibility metrics and study award performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Meet or exceed study award goals and feasibility performance targets.
Provide regular activity and pipeline updates to leadership.
Represent Conquest Research professionally and promote the organization as a leading clinical research site network.
Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/applicable experience required
3+ years of clinical research experience, with preference given to those with clinical trials and logistics experience and a clinical background and/or having worked in a CRO, sponsor or a similar service environment
Microsoft Office, specifically Teams with preference for experience in Salesforce or other CRM

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience completing and managing Feasibility documents.
Experience supporting site selection activities and Pre-Selection Visits.
Knowledge of multiple therapeutic areas and clinical trial phases.
Strong understanding of site network capabilities and performance metrics.
Ability to analyze protocols and identify site and investigator fit.
Experience building relationships with sponsors, CROs, and industry partners.
Experience presenting organizational capabilities and clinical research expertise to external stakeholders.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching.

Any and all duties are subject to change pending Site needs or Supervisor directives.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
