Stationhouse Grill | Godfrey, IL

Join the dynamic team at Stationhouse Grill, where we have been serving delicious hand-tossed pizzas, hearty pastas, and a variety of Italian classics for over 47 years. As a family-owned restaurant, we pride ourselves on quality food, fast service, and creating a welcoming environment. We are looking for a passionate Cook to help us bring our signature recipes to life in our fast-paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare pizzas, pastas, and menu items according to Joe’s recipes and quality standards.
Operate grills, ovens, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow portion, prep, and presentation standards for consistency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation.
Assist with food prep, stocking, and rotating inventory as needed.
Work closely with other cooks and the kitchen team to ensure orders are accurate and timely.
Adhere to food safety and health code regulations at all times.

Requirements

Prior cooking or kitchen experience preferred, but we’ll train motivated candidates.
Passionate about food quality and guest satisfaction.
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Dependable, hardworking, and a strong communicator.
Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Schedule
