PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will find yourself working with a company that strives for excellence. Some of your primary responsibilities include:

Bank Deposit & daily reconciliation –prepare deposit and reconcile bank accounts daily.

Accounts Payable –accurately code and enter invoices; complete twice-monthly check runs and on-demand checks as needed; reconcile monthly statements from vendors.

Accounts Receivable – Receipt payments from customers; prepare and send monthly statements to customers.

Accurate Accounting – reconcile schedules on a regular basis to ensure a more accurate net profit.

Organizing & Filing – Maintain spreadsheets and files associated with accounting tasks.

Communicating Effectively – Communicate efficiently and respectfully with fellow administrative staff, managers, and sales and service departments.

This is a full-time position ranging from $20-21/hour based on candidate experience. Although not required, experience in an automotive dealership office setting is a plus. Accounting knowledge, intermediate computer skills, and efficiency are required. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and pass a criminal background check.
