Full Job Description

Amarillo's largest and top-rated home health agency is looking for an exceptional community liaison. Experience in Home Health, Hospice, IV Therapy or wound care is preferred but not required. Additional consideration will be given to the following applicants:

LVN
RN
Clinical experience
Marketing experience

As a Community Marketing Liaison, you will:

Visit patients in the hospital;
Assist with the discharge process;
Market to hospital case managers and social workers;
Attend weekly case conference meetings;
Maintain active relationships and develop new relationships with agency partners;
Receive health, dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance;
Receive 3+ weeks of paid time off every year;
Cash out paid time off if you don't use it;
Eligible for pay increase every six months;
Eligible for monthly bonus/incentive plan.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year Home Healthcare experience preferred (but not required);
Experience in working with professional and clinical personnel and community representatives;
Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving skills;
Basic computer skills necessary to utilize the internet, and all programs in Microsoft Office Suite with training, skills necessary to utilize other data-driven software programs will be required;
High level of confidentiality and be able to effectively response to questions from employees, managers and outside entities;
Knowledge of all company policies and procedures. Must be able to work on a timetable, follow instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance. Should have excellent character references and solid work background.
Ability to read, write and speak English;
Knowledge and proficiency of office computer equipment. Demonstrate ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced office setting. Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
