Full Job Description

RISE Exhibits and Environments a leader in the tradeshow, events and environments arena, is seeking a full time Account Manager. The RISE Account Manager is a forward looking advocate for our client’s success in their trade show program. They are keenly aware of a client’s show schedule and actively pursue upcoming work to bring it into production as soon as possible. Using strong communication skills, the RISE AM will capture client expectations and effectively hand these off for fulfillment, all the while maintaining an upstream and aerial view of a client’s program.

This position requires a candidate who is familiar in the Tradeshow Industry and is detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and meet demanding deadlines. Organization, clear communication and follow up are critical and essential to success in this position. The Account Manager is a proactive, independent worker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Attributes

Experience in the Tradeshow Industry
Construction experience a plus
Detail-oriented and possess above average organizational skills.
Must have the ability to prioritize and multitask to manage demanding deadlines.
Excellent customer service and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
The RISE AM will need to be an exceptional communicator, with a high degree of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Works well both independently and as a team player, both in the office and at show site, with little to no supervision.
Demonstrate leadership skills with ability to delegate and give direction.
The ability to analyze and interpret general business contracts, write reports and other business correspondence.
Proficient in budgeting, cost accounting, and invoice reconciliation.
Resourcefulness is critical. The AM must possess innovative problem-solving and decision-making skills, under pressure and sometimes urgent situations.
Must be willing to travel (from time to time), both locally and nationwide to show site locations.

Core Responsibilities - Project Fulfillment and Oversight

Primary Functions

Landed Account Maintenance: Function as the main POC for all recurring business using existing assets. This includes generating quotes for I&D, shipping, routine booth updates, and running basic reconfigurations through design.
Set Expectations: Clearly define each department's roles and responsibilities with the client.
Sales/Design: Independently manage small-scale design changes and additions.
Show Schedule Management: Own the master schedule for all landed clients.
Client Advocacy: Ensure the RISE Experience is consistent. The AM is the person the client trusts to fulfill their vision.

Other Functions

Run the Hand-Off, Onboarding, and Post-Show Meetings.
Identify and track down unknowns.
Populate Basecamp and Salesforce Projects.
Show site support, as needed.
Coordinate and run client previews.
Weekend availability for I & D issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
