Full Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in escrow or title work?

OnRecord Title, a fast-growing title company in Utah, is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Escrow Assistant to join their team in Midvale. They offer a work environment that empowers employees and boasts a founding team with over 100 years of combined real estate & title experience.

What You'll Do: (Do not apply unless you have been an escrow assistant)

Manage the escrow process for real estate transactions, ensuring accurate and timely collection and disbursement of documents and funds.
Review contracts, title reports, and other documents for legal and company compliance.
Communicate updates on the escrow process to buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents.
Prepare settlement statements and closing documents for approval.
Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and vendors to obtain necessary information.
Research and resolve any issues arising during the escrow process.
Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure proper documentation filing.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

Prior experience in escrow or title companies.
Strong attention to detail and accurate math skills.
Proficiency in typing and computer skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Knowledge of real estate contracts and escrow procedures.
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle complex transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and high integrity.
Possess a valid Escrow Producer license.
