Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Receptionist to join our team and serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth office functioning. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for clients, visitors, and staff alike. Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally.
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software and Google Workspace tools.
Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets and office management systems.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
Support office management by organizing supplies, maintaining filing systems, and overseeing general administrative tasks.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, assisting with requests, and ensuring excellent client communication.

Requirements

Proven experience in office administration or front desk roles with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and familiarity with spreadsheets.
Excellent computer literacy including data entry, typing speed, and technical proficiency with office equipment.
Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and professional communication.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
Prior clerical or administrative experience demonstrating attention to detail and time management.
Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus but not required.
