Full Job Description

Administrative Resource Options is looking for an Account Manager

The Account Manager performs site-specific operational functions as determined by ARO and the client. Responsible for the overall

livelihood of the account — overseeing day-to-day operations, training and developing staff, building client

relations, and managing administrative paperwork. This is a working management position.

Essential Functions & Additional Responsibilities

Performs all functions and duties of an Office Services Associate, as applicable
Addresses and facilitates the resolution of employee questions and problems
Initiates and leads special ARO projects and teams in conjunction with management
Trains, develops, and motivates all staff at the site
Supervises all staff at the site
Enforces the company's quality standards
Processes administrative paperwork, data collection, and information gathering
Completes projects assigned by management and/or client
Maintains a clean and organized account
Supervises 1–5 staff

Work Experience

Minimum of two years of previous management experience required. Previous industry experience is helpful but not

required. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.

Required qualities: customer-service oriented, dependable, enthusiastic, punctual, organized, self-directed, self motivated, and a strong team player.

Physical Demands

Must be able to perform light-to-medium lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and push wheeled carts and/or dollies. Requires a

large amount of time spent standing and walking
