Orange County Painting Services is looking for an experienced exterior painter, painting subcontractor, or crew lead who wants steady leads, strong earning potential, and a long-term growth opportunity.
This is not basic hourly labor.
We are looking for someone who can estimate exterior painting jobs, speak professionally with homeowners, help close jobs, and perform clean, high-quality exterior painting work.
We provide the system. You bring the skill, professionalism, and ability to close.
Important Pay ClarificationThis is a 1099 project-based subcontractor opportunity, not a guaranteed salary or hourly employee position.
The $80,000–$110,000/year range is target annualized earning potential for strong performers once fully ramped.
Actual earnings depend on:
- Number of jobs accepted
- Number of jobs closed
- Job size
- Lead volume
- Availability
- Production quality
- Customer satisfaction
Strong performers may also qualify for a $1,000 Ramp Bonus after 5 successful completed jobs.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
Most painters are stuck doing everything themselves:
- Finding leads
- Paying for marketing
- Answering calls
- Scheduling estimates
- Following up with customers
- Creating estimates from scratch
- Collecting payments
- Trying to keep work consistent
We are building the opposite.
We spend money on marketing, provide scheduled leads, use HCP to stay organized, and have support in place for customer communication, estimating, contracts, scheduling, follow-up, and payment collection.
That means the right painter or crew lead can focus on what they do best:
- Estimating
- Selling
- Painting
- Completing quality jobs
If you are good at painting and good with customers, this gives you a chance to make more money without having to build the entire backend yourself.
How We Operate
We are not running this like a messy, old-school painting company.
Orange County Painting Services is built with structure, systems, and technology behind the scenes.
We use HCP, organized workflows, automation, AI-supported tools, job tracking, customer follow-up, and clear processes so the work does not feel chaotic.
That means:
- Leads are tracked
- Customers are followed up with
- Estimates are organized
- Jobs are documented
- Payments are handled professionally
- Communication is clear
- The team knows what is happening next
Our goal is to remove the common headaches painters usually deal with — chasing customers, messy scheduling, unclear scopes, poor communication, and disorganized jobs.
We are looking for motivated people who want to plug into a serious system, make more money, and grow with a company that is organized and moving fast.

- Weekly painting leads
- Marketing already running
- Phone answering support

- Approved painters/helpers available to pair with when needed
- Opportunity to grow into steady weekly work

One strong exterior painter / crew lead may apply.
If you already have a helper or small crew, that is a plus. If you do not have a helper, we may be able to pair you with approved painters/helpers depending on the job.
We want someone who can eventually lead jobs, help build a team, and grow into a long-term role.
