Join our vibrant food court team and be a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! We are hiring for all positions within the food court environment, including cashiers, cooks, food prep staff, and line cook members. All roles are paid positions, including internships, providing valuable experience in the bustling food industry. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and quickly
Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales revenue
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Handle cash register operations, processing cash transactions accurately and providing excellent customer service during checkout
Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to support food preparation activities
Assist with food handling duties, including stocking supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring freshness of ingredients
Support team members in delivering quick service in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant setting, contributing to a positive guest experience

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or retail sales transactions within a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly without compromising quality or safety standards
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently and courteously
Knowledge of food safety management practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management
Previous experience working in quick service or fast-food restaurants is highly desirable but not required; training will be provided for all roles
