Full Job Description

Executive Assistant to CEO with Growth Path to Client Account Manager

Global Computer Support Corp has managed technology for Alaska businesses since November 1998. We are hiring one person to work directly alongside our CEO and grow into a client-facing operations role over 12 to 18 months.

This is not a permanent front desk job. It starts as admin support and ends with you managing client relationships and service agreements. We are hiring for who you become, not just what you can do on day one.

An IT background is perfered. You need to be organized, sharp, professional in writing and on the phone, and willing to learn a technical business from the inside.

The Growth Path

Months 1 to 4: Admin and Office Support

Answer and route incoming calls
Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence
Keep the CRM and internal trackers current
Organize files, paperwork, and records

Months 4 to 9: Projects and Presentations

Coordinate internal projects and work with team members and deadlines
Build client-facing presentations, proposals, and business review decks
Turn meeting notes into action items with owners and due dates
Assist with marketing material and event coordination

Months 9 to 18: Agreements and Client Management

Prepare and process managed service agreements and renewals
Attend client meetings with the CEO, then begin leading them
Own a portfolio of client accounts and monitor satisfaction
Identify service needs before the client has to ask

What We Are Looking For

Three or more years in an administrative, executive assistant, coordinator, or client service role
Strong writing skills. You will draft correspondence that goes to business owners and executives
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint
Follow-through you can point to. You track your own commitments without reminders
Professional presence with clients by phone, video, and in person
Discretion with confidential business, financial, and client information
Genuine interest in growing into a client-facing role with revenue responsibility

Helpful but Not Required

Experience in professional services, or another B2B environment
Exposure to a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Contract, quoting, or proposal experience
