Pay
- Paid Training: $16.00/hour (typically 2–4 weeks)
- After successful completion of training: $18.00–$20.00/hour based on experience, performance, reliability, and attention to detail.
Schedule
We offer flexible scheduling with consistent weekly hours.
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
- Flexible schedule that remains generally consistent week to week
- Minimum scheduled shift of 3 consecutive hours
Most work is performed in Anchorage, with travel to Eagle River approximately 1–2 times per month.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Reading and following written cleaning checklists
- Completing every assigned task thoroughly and double checking it
- Dusting furniture, blinds, vents, baseboards, fixtures, and accessible surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping a variety of floor types
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
- Cleaning appliances, countertops, sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, and mirrors
- Making beds and staging rooms
- Washing, drying, folding, and replacing linens for short-term rental properties
- Matching completed rooms to provided reference photos
- Restocking host-provided amenities at short-term rental properties
- Maintaining company equipment
- Reporting maintenance issues or damages
- Communicating with leadership throughout the day
- Following all company policies and procedures
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Assisting with training new employees after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period, when assigned

Qualifications
Professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train someone who is dependable, motivated, has common sense and committed to doing quality work.
Applicants must:
- Have reliable personal transportation
- Have a working smartphone capable of using company scheduling, communication, checklist, and photo documentation applications
- Be able to read, understand, and accurately follow written instructions and cleaning checklists in English
- Pass a criminal background check
- Be dependable and punctual
- Complete assigned tasks within a designated timeframe
- Work well independently and with a team
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Be willing to learn, accept feedback, and grow professionally

Physical Requirements
This is a physically active position.
Applicants must be able to:
- Stand and walk for most of the workday
- Frequently bend, squat, kneel, reach, twist, and climb stairs
- Lift and carry approximately 35–40 pounds
- Perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout each shift and throughout the day
- Work around common household cleaning products
- Work a minimum of three (3) consecutive hours per scheduled shift
