Nope. You don’t need any prior knowledge about insurance or sales. We’ve got you covered with all the training you’ll need to thrive.

--Will I need to find or purchase my own leads?

Absolutely not! We provide all the leads you’ll ever need.

--Is this commission only?

Not at all! Our compensation plan is the most competitive in the state. You’ll start with a base salary of $36,000, plus receive a great commission plan on top of that.

A Sales Agent who consistently meets their goals can expect to make $100K annually!

--Will you pay for my gym membership?

Of course. We’ll cover your gym membership at one of the gyms in Anchorage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A Day in the life of an Insurance Sales Agent:

--Start the morning with our Daily Team Huddle

--Create insurance quotes for prospective clients over the phone

--Ensure all our clients have an amazing experience

--Collaborate with our team of professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets

--Enjoy Bear Tooth pizza when the team does well
