Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Legal Receptionist to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the firm.
Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for attorneys.
File and organize legal documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly maintained.
Utilize computer systems to input data, manage records, and generate reports as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary.
Support other administrative staff with various tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of receptionist or front desk experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Familiarity with legal terminology and law office procedures is a plus
