We’re hiring a Bilingual Client Liaison/Administrative Assistant who is fluent in Spanish and English to manage and grow our social media presence, manage and monitor client satisfaction, and provide assistance to our attorneys and other legal staff. The Role

The chosen applicant will manage and grow our social media presence as well as basic administrative tasks like answering telephones as needed, completion of form letters/pleadings, drafting simple correspondence, managing and monitoring client satisfaction, resolving client related issues, and completing random tasks that come up in the day to day of a bustling law office. Client communication in Spanish and English is central to this role. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across our two branded practices and contribute to a calm, well-run office.

What You’ll Bring

Bilingual (Spanish and English) REQUIRED.
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
Associates or higher (Preferred).
One year or more of sales training (preferred but not required).
One year (or more) of experience working in an office of any type is preferred but not required. (Preferred).
One year (or more) of experience working in a social media related position is preferred but not required. (Preferred).
One Year experience with sales or service of clients. (Preferred).
Highly proficient in all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Excellent client communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and self-guided.
Ability to problem solve and find solutions to complex problems.
Proficient knowledge of computer programs (i.e. Adobe, Excel, and Word).
Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Talented at making and closing sales.
Social selling.
Closing sales.
Must pass background check, as honesty, responsibility, and motivation are highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $15 to $25 an hour.

Schedule & Work Location

Full‑time, highly flexible work schedule including potential for 4-day work week. Occasional after‑hours needs tied to court or client deadlines.
