Full Job Description

Empower Physical Therapy is expanding and we need you to join our amazing team! We have outpatient locations in Newton, Hesston, Andover, and West Wichita! We have been a service to Harvey County and the surrounding areas for 27 years! We treat everyone and everything from pediatrics, sports injuries, pelvic floor, workers comp, auto accidents, to geriatrics. We have a very upbeat, family-friendly atmosphere, take pride in what we do, and are looking for someone who matches that.

Are you satisfied in your present position, but know you can do more? Are you looking for a family oriented team that works well together? Do you like to work hard, but play harder? Do you put your patients getting great results as priority? If you answered yes to all, we need to talk! We are looking also for a pediatric therapist! Your case load would be 20% peds!

Each employee’s dedication is essential to meet and exceed the needs of each patient and family we serve.

The ideal candidate for this position is dedicated, loves what they do, and will provide patients with the highest level of care. You must have experience with one-on-one care and have strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated work history and excellent references. We are looking for someone who is goal driven, self-starter, works great with a team, takes direction well, is outgoing, and organized! New grads are welcome! Education and/or Experience:

Licensed Physical Therapist
Must be a graduate of an accredited school.
Must be dependable, friendly, fun, highly organized, systematic, and an excellent ability to multi-task.
Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with accuracy and properly prioritize.
Certified in CPR.
