Carpenter – High-End Custom Homes
Architectural Builders of Hampstead | New Hampshire
About us
At Architectural Builders of Hampstead, we’ve been building high-end custom homes across New Hampshire for over 20 years. But here’s the thing—we don’t just build houses. We build legacies.
We’re waiting for a Lead Carpenter who wants more than just another jobsite. This role is for a skilled craftsperson ready to take ownership of projects, use our CRM (construction resource management) app, guide apprentices and carpenters, and deliver exceptional work that stands the test of time.
You’ll work alongside a 61-year-old master carpenter with four decades of experience, who blends modern building methods with old-school craftsmanship. At Architectural Builders, leadership isn’t just a title—it’s a responsibility to pass the craft forward.
Culture
No one wants to come to work just to clock in and wish it was the end of the day already, we don’t want that either. Here at Architectural Builders of Hampstead we are the greener grass on the other side. We strive for positivity, encouragement, and recognition all while providing our clients with the utmost satisfaction possible. We are not a team, but a family who only wants to grow together, building up the company to a place where you never want to leave and can feel like you’re needed.
What Makes This Role Different
At Architectural Builders, leadership means craftsmanship plus mentorship.
As a Lead Carpenter, you won’t just manage tasks—you’ll help shape the next generation of builders while contributing to projects designed to last for generations.
Your work won’t disappear into the background. We ARE NOT filling a roll but we are going to take it to the next level.
