Office Operations Opportunity: Office Administrator

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Office Operations team. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) industry.

This shared-services company supports the IMI business units and provides a uniform, employee-based culture founded on our Support the Build mentality. This mentality aligns with our employee-owned company so that all personnel take an owner’s mindset approach to our business. iSuite is headquartered in Nashville, TN and has branches in Granite City, IL, Chesterfield, MO and Charlotte, NC.

We are currently looking for a Office Administrator to join our Office Operations team located at our office in Raleigh, NC. Our ideal candidate for a Office Administrator is someone who has 5+ years of experience and is adept at prioritizing tasks while working independently. They should possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, trustworthy, and highly organized.

Primary responsibilities for iSuite’s Office Administrator include:

Providing administrative and department support by collaborating with teams such as Human Resources and Marketing.
Participating in high level office planning and strategy development.
Coordinating and scheduling company events, meetings, and lunch & learns.
Overseeing and managing administrative tasks.
Managing and distributing correspondence such as emails, letters, and phone calls to ensure communication between teams, clients, and vendors.
Monitoring and replenishing office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Assisting all departments to help them achieve their goals efficiently and on schedule.

Primary qualifications for iSuite’s Office Administrator include:

5+ years prior experience in office administration or a similar role.
Critical thinking skills to address unexpected challenges, find answers, respond promptly to requests and issues with a polite and professional manner.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Able to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Shows leadership abilities by delegating tasks appropriately and ensuring team accountability.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and operations.
Technological proficiency in basic Microsoft Office processing skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
