Full Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification, and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Serving on a highly skilled imaging team, this is a fantastic opportunity to refine your abilities and learn new techniques in diagnostic ultrasound. You'll gain valuable experience contributing to patient care across a variety of exams and procedures, collaborating with multidisciplinary leaders, and expanding your professional profile. In your downtime, unwind with coastal adventures, local parks, and Texan cuisine.

Schedule/Hours:

13-week assignment starting 5/11/2026
8-hour day shifts (Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm)
Call required: 7 days/month (possibility for more as needed)
Possible weekend call
Guaranteed 40 hours/week after the first 2 weeks

Key Qualifications:

Associate of Applied Science, graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited ultrasound program
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS, ARRT-VS, or equivalent)
3+ years of clinical experience required
OB/GYN credentials strongly preferred; proficiency in 2nd and 3rd trimester exams
Experience with upper/lower DVTs a plus
BLS certification through AHA

Role Responsibilities:

Perform routine and specialized ultrasound procedures independently
Assist physicians with diagnostic and special ultrasound exams
Adhere to guidelines for patient safety and infection control
Utilize EMR (EPIC) for documentation
Maintain excellent communication with patients and clinical teams
