Overview

Collision Estimator

Location: Heritage Collision – Ann Arbor, Michigan

Heritage Collision is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Collision Estimator to join our growing team in Ann Arbor. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and is committed to providing accurate estimates and a seamless repair experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in collision estimating, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers, insurance partners, and team members. Experience using CCC ONE is preferred, and Progressive SWE (Smart Workplace Estimating) experience is a strong plus.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, takes initiative, and takes pride in delivering quality work the first time. If you enjoy helping customers through the repair process while working with a collaborative, high-performing team, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience from the initial vehicle inspection through delivery.
Prepare accurate and complete collision repair estimates using CCC ONE.
Write repair orders and manage repairs from start to finish.
Communicate with customers throughout the repair process, providing timely updates and addressing questions or concerns.
Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and insurance companies to ensure efficient repairs and customer satisfaction.
Work directly with insurance carriers to negotiate and finalize repair estimates.
Schedule repairs and maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and repair documentation.
Identify additional damage and prepare supplements as needed.
Help maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused front office.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Collision Estimator required.
Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating software preferred.
Progressive SWE (Smart Workplace Estimating) experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and insurance claims processes.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
