We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Banquet Hall Manager to oversee daily operations at our upscale event venue. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to create exceptional guest experiences for weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day banquet hall operations
- Coordinate and oversee events from planning through execution
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring all expectations are met
- Supervise and train banquet staff, servers, and bartenders
- Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Work closely with vendors, caterers, and event planners
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering of supplies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in banquet, hospitality, or event management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of event planning and food & beverage operations preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
