Human Resources/ Payroll Associate
Road Runner Safety Services
Position Summary
Roadrunner is seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Human Resources Associate to support payroll, recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations. This role offers direct coaching, training, and mentorship from the Regional HR Director.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with weekly payroll and certified payroll processes.
Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee orientation activities.
Respond to employee and manager questions regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance files.
Assist with benefits administration and employee communications.
Support employee relations activities under the guidance of the Regional HR Director.
Generate reports and maintain employee information within HR systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Prior administrative, recruiting, customer service, or business operations experience preferred.
HRIS experience preferred (Dayforce, Workday, or similar systems).
