What You'll Do

You'll be the driving force behind every aspect of the hotel's success by:

Leading all day-to-day operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Sales.
Creating an exceptional guest experience that inspires loyalty and consistently exceeds expectations.
Building, coaching, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team that delivers outstanding service every day.
Recruiting top talent while fostering a culture of engagement, recognition, accountability, and fun.
Driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence through strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management.
Partnering with Sales and Revenue teams to maximize market share and financial results.
Developing strong relationships within the local community while staying ahead of market trends and competitive opportunities.
Walking the hotel daily to ensure every detail reflects the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and service.
Championing innovation and continuously identifying opportunities to improve the guest and associate experience.
Leading by example—jumping in wherever needed and showing your team that no task is beneath a great leader.

What You Bring

3+ years of successful hotel General Manager experience, preferably with Marriott extended stay and select serve brands.
Strong operational knowledge across all hotel departments, including Food & Beverage.
A proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop exceptional teams.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and driving profitability.
An entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
A passion for hospitality that's contagious—and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests and associates alike.
